3. Use of Services

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
You agree not to:

  • Use our programs for resale, duplication, or group training without permission;

  • Engage in any unlawful or prohibited conduct while using our Services.

4. Payments & Billing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Kajabi Payments.
By purchasing, you authorise SHIFT Society Training to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due.

Subscription payments will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our Services, all sales are final.
Once access to content, coaching, or resources has been granted, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Refunds for physical products are only offered if an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Health, Fitness & Mindset Disclaimer

SHIFT Society Training provides fitness, nutrition, and mindset content for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not medical or mental health professionals, and nothing within our programs, coaching, or resources should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or mindset program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider or mental health professional to determine if it’s suitable for you.

Participation in any training, physical activity, or coaching is voluntary and at your own risk.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health and safety;

  • SHIFT Society Training, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, health conditions, mental health issues, emotional distress, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from your use of our content or participation in our programs.

If you experience dizziness, pain, emotional distress, or other concerning symptoms, stop immediately and seek professional advice.

All content, branding, graphics, videos, resources, and materials on this website are the property of SHIFT Society Training and protected by copyright law.
