1. Digital Products, Memberships & Coaching

All sales for digital programs, memberships, courses, downloads, and coaching services are final.
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital content, no refunds or cancellations are available once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are receiving immediate access to digital materials and/or coaching resources.

  • SHIFT Society Training is not obligated to provide partial or full refunds for any reason including change of mind, lack of use, or perceived results.


2. Subscription Cancellations

Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Once a payment has been processed, access remains active until the end of the paid period — no refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges for physical items (e.g. apparel or merchandise) are only available in the event of:

  • Faulty or damaged items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items sent

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

All SHIFT Society Training programs, coaching, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee results and are not responsible for any injury, health condition, or mental distress arising from participation.
